I am an artist both by profession and by vocation. Although my family expected me to follow the path of a fifth-generation physicist, my childhood unfolded in the halls of Moscow’s most renowned art museum, where I spent countless hours with my grandmother. For me, the great Impressionists were simply the “house painters” of my early years.
My first drawing, which is still preserved in our family, was created when I was two years old: a single pencil line formed a rabbit, with a red eye added by another pencil. From that moment on, art has never left my life.
Natalia Grigorieva is a contemporary artist, painter and graphic artist, whose work spans design, publishing, and international art projects. She is the founder of several art galleries in Europe and Russia.
